Reviews:

'A lovely little book about a tasty Welsh treasure.' Jon Gower, Nation.Cymru

Jonathan Williams is a serial food and drink entrepreneur having established several successful businesses, notably Café Môr, The Pembrokeshire Beach Food Company and Barti Ddu Rum (spiced rum company).

Common to all of Jonathan’s businesses is a love of the coast and using its produce to make gourmet products. Currently, Jonathan produces goods from local Welsh coastal ingredients that are sold by major multiples and has even exported seaweed to Japan, Sweden, Africa and Germany. Jonathan also runs the iconic ‘boat food outlet’ and The Old Point House located in Angle Bay, west Wales, selling locally landed and freshly cooked dishes like cockle and laverbread lobster rolls.
