How do I place an order?
All of our products, with the exception of single cards, are available via our distributors. To order Graffeg products to stock in your store you can either purchase from us, one of our distributors, or one of the many wholesalers who stock our products. Single cards will need to be ordered directly from ourselves. To order single cards, email us at orders@graffeg.com or call us on +44 (0)1554 824000.

Graffeg are represented and distributed in Wales by the Welsh Books Council. To have a Welsh Books Council rep visit you, contact them directly.

All Graffeg products (with the exception of single greetings cards) are available from our distributors, Trafalgar Square, part of the IPG group. How do I open an account with Graffeg?
To open an account with us, please click here and complete the application form.
How long will my order take?
When ordering directly from us, providing all the items you order are in stock we will endeavor to dispatch stock to you on the next working day, either by Royal Mail or courier. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days. If you have any questions regarding your order please get in touch.
When ordering from a distributor, you will have to contact them for their delivery times.
Can I return unsold stock?
When ordering directly from us:
Unless otherwise indicated at the time of ordering, all products are supplied either on a pro-forma basis or on 30 day credit terms. We accept returns providing that:
- the stock being returned is in resalable condition
- is within twelve months of its original order date from Graffeg
- if a calendar, is within 1 month of the start of its period of use
To arrange a return, email us with details of what you wish to send back. We will then authorise the return and give full instructions of where to send it.
When ordering from one of our distributors, contact them for their returns terms.
