Maggie Ogunbanwo is the founder of Maggie’s African Twist, a north Wales business celebrating African-inspired food, spices and sauces. Passionate about bringing together African and Welsh culinary traditions, she is the author of The Melting Pot, published by Graffeg in 2021 with support from the Food and Drink Wales Industry Board. Maggie is a Gourmet Award winner and regularly appears at festivals, fairs and bookshops, where she shares her book alongside her range of spices and sauces.
