Broadcaster Jamie Owen and photographer David Wilson capture Pembrokeshire through the seasons in words and pictures. This is a journey to mountains and coast, farms and fishing boats to capture life over the course of a year in an engaging and immersive portrait of one of Britain's most treasured places.

Jamie Owen was born and brought up in Pembrokeshire and joined the BBC in 1989. His previous books on Wales include Magic Islands and Welsh Journeys, both from Gomer.

David Wilson's work with Graffeg includes the photographic study Pembrokeshire and Hinterland: Ceredigion Landscapes, which explores the essential 'silent character' of Ceredigion in the hit TV crime drama.

Reviews:

'A Year in Pembrokeshire is a wonderful celebration of a part of Wales that has been at the crossroads of history for thousands of years. It remains a fascinating and beguiling corner of Britain and this book beautifully captured the people and places that make it so special.' Huw Edwards, BBC News

'Owen writes engagingly, weaving personal observations and childhood memories in amongst the plentiful factual information ... Wilson’s images are a fine illustrative accompaniment to Owen’s prose.' Buzz magazine
