Three new Mouse and Mole stories highlighting the joy in everyday life.

Clink, Clank, Clunk!

Mouse hears a lot of noice coming from outside the shed. It is Mole, tinkering with the motorbike, but Mole gets stuck and doesn't know how to put it back together. How will they get the bike to work again?

Something on the Roof

Once day Mole is concerned that something is living on their roof, having discovered some moss. But Mouse helps Mole realise there is nothing to fear.

A Frisky, Fluttery Ghost

A confused Mole wakes up to see Mouse being confronted by a ghost! Little does he know, it's just the washing hanging on the line.

Reviews:

'The long-running Mouse And Mole series is a deceptively simple delight. The warm relationship is delicately handled with dry humour' Sally Morris, The Daily Mail

'This is an adorable picture book that children will love reading or having it read to them as a bedtime story.' Book Read 2 Day

'Just the thing to share with young children as well as for those beginning to read independently to try as a solo read. Either way, James Mayhew’s superbly expressive illustrations capture the ups and downs of the characters’ everyday life together just perfectly. A delight for both children and adults.' Jill R Bennett, Red Reading Hub

'These are perfect for quick bedtime stories!' Heidi and Her Books

'Once again, these beautifully written expressions of friendship hit the mark! Addressing anxiety and worry with reassurance, gentle humour and keeping its’ theme of friendship and curiosity to the fore, Clink, Clank, Clunk is an utter delight! Charming, witty and comforting…just wonderful!' Mary Esther Judy, FallenStar Stories

'Wise and thoughtful writing by Joyce Dunbar allows an age appropriate approach to the subject of anxiety without being overwhelming. James Mayhew’s witty, expressive illustrations perfectly complement the humour in the stories. Like all the best children’s books, this can be enjoyed on several levels and is lovely for family storytime too!' Jayne Gould, Just Imagine

'This book reminded me of the sorts of stories I read as a young child, like Percy the Park keeper and Brambly Hedge, but it didn't feel dated - just classic, cosy and comforting. It was the first in this series that I've read, but I'm definitely keen to read more of them.' Heather Fishwick

'A delight to read' The Strawberry Post

'Edith loved this book and the fact that it was made up of 3 different stories meant we got to enjoy reading the book over a few nights. It’s beautifully illustrated and was a pleasure to read and we enjoyed reading the stories and looking at the pictures together.

Edith (5) said “Mummy Mole worries a lot like me and you are like Mouse as you always tell me everything will be okay” She really understood the concept of the stories and identified with the characters, which was great. It was a lovely book to curl up with at bedtime and read together, we both throughly enjoyed this book and it has been added to the bedtime story bookshelf in Edith bedroom.' Edith & Mum, Books Up North

'Every story is a delight to read, so fun to enjoy and I’m sure many children, and adults, will adore these tales!' Strawberry Post

'With its immersive text and beautiful illustrations, this book is perfect for teaching children the value of friendship and the importance of working together.' SLOAN magazine
