A series of five greetings cards features Jo Cox’s illustrations of her son Tom’s cats, The Bear and Ralph. Also known on Twitter as @MYSADCAT and @MYSMUGCAT.
Jo Cox has been having fun making things for as long as she can remember. After an enthusiastically creative teaching career she now works as an artist at her home studio in the Nottinghamshire countryside, where she uses a variety of techniques, including printmaking, paint, stitching and collage. She particularly loves the art of the mid 20th century: painting, print, illustration and textiles. She enjoys finding vintage treasure to recycle and is a passionate gardener. Her prints feature many of the things she loves – not least, cats. Jo shares her house with her children's author husband, Michael, and her dopey formerly stray hippie cat George – a recent arrival via their son, Tom, creator of @MySadCat and @MySmugCat.
Suitable for any occasion, each card is blank for your own message. Card size 157 × 157mm.
Each card is supplied cello-wrapped with an envelope.
